David and Lisa's Night Engagement Photos | San Luis Obispo, CA
"I want something different," she said. Something unique. Something she hadn't seen before. "Maybe we can take the engagement photos at night?" she suggested. Perfect! A while ago I had seen beautiful night portraits and wanted to try but knew it would be difficult. Sure there were some lighting concerns and techniques to practice, but oftentimes resistance to an idea is really just fear.
“Some men see things as they are and ask why. Others dream things that never were and ask why not.”
Turns out, this sense of adventure and making something new fits David and Lisa to a T. Lisa studied architecture and operates a design studio. Dave is a play-by-play sports broadcaster. He's calling out the big plays and watching teams rise to the challenge. He of all people would tell you that you can't hit a homerun unless you give it your all.
Simply put: she loves him and he adores her. I can't help but think about all the simple complexities of those words which seem so small- yet mean so much.
